The Hillside Shoppe
This privately owned enterprise was established in 1998 exclusively for Hillside Historic District custom manufactured items.
 10% of gross sales from this storefront are donated to the Hillside Historic District Neighborhood Association for activities of this Victorian Neighborhood, and the rest of the sales are used to keep the Hillside website afloat.
This web store is operated by J. Reynolds, the Hillside webmaster, and he is also the manufacturer of the items contained within.
As with the other shops within the Hillside Shopping Centre and Hillside Downtown web sites, this shoppe is set up for fun, and to make available gift items or neighborhood items not previously available to the public.

Old Salty's Shaker Shoppe
Old Salty's is located on the banks of the Mad River in the "Olde Mill District"  of Waterbury, Connecticut and has specialized in fine quality salt and pepper shakers since 1926.
Unique to Old Salty's Shaker Shoppe is the patented "Never Klogg"  shaker developed with a top that prevents salt from "clumping" in moist conditions.  This unique product is especially useful to persons living in areas of high humidity (New England), along the waterfront, on tall (or short) ships, or along the docile banks of the Mad River.
A small collection of  shakers has been selected from this producers vast inventories for availability on this site.
Old Salty's Shaker Shoppe is a web division of Reiner Products, Ltd whose CEO is Hillside's own P. S. Bergin.
To show the company's support for Hillside, Mr. Bergin  has discounted every shaker included here and will also donate 10% of of gross sales to the Hillside Historic District Neighborhood Association.
