Commissioned by the Waterbury Arts Festival Committee in 1980 for the 100th anniversary of the Mattatuck Fife & Drum Corps.  Painted by former Waterbury resident William Reynolds, this work combines a host of historical treasures of the band such as the drummer in the foreground, Charlie Miller founder of the group.
