Driving a gray Maxima, picked up his "lady of choice" on Frederick St
at the intersection of Hillside at 8:27 AM, Tuesday, August 19, 2008.
Drove North of Frederick to top of hill. Turned left onto Woodlawn
terrace traveling East to Pine. Turned left to travel North on Pine
Street.
To Cooke Street, turned left onto Cooke Street and traveled North to a
destination somewhere past the 7-11 where surveillance vehicle stopped for
coffee :)
This was his "lady of choice", wearing the same outfit as she has since
yesterday.

Hillside on Saturday, August 16, 2008. Headed East on Hillside.

This is the girl he picked up at
about 5:30PM on Friday, August 15, 2008. Whitish a little beat up
van (believed to be a solid side pannel version, and drove off East on
Hillside. Picked her up in front of 67 Hillside at the corner of
Second. Did not take a shot of the van, but two person verification
of the plate, and immediate transcription. Girl is known to the
area.

Returned and picked up a black girl at 8PM in front of 43 Hillside Avenue.

Wouldn't ya think Sunday would be being a day of rest!
Not here :) 7PM-ish Vicente riding Bike and working.
Approached the green SUV then responded to this chap who traversed the
block to return for her.
As you can see, short negotiations were positive ... she hid her bike
behind the wall at 53 Hillside.
Returning a short time later at 7:30ish... oh my gosh ... the bike was
gone! What is a hooker supposed to do?

Honda pulled up in front of 43 Hillside for Hooker working on corner of
Hillside and Second. She came up the street and signaled for him to
roll down the window. There was a brief pause then she opened the
door and had a brief discussion for 30 secs or so.
She got in the car and seemed to be talking, leaning in his direction the
time she was inside. she disappeared from time to time, though path
of vision was poor to start with.
After a couple of minutes, she exited the car ... guess it was a bad
negotiation, she was too old or she did him in the car right there. Dunno.
He left ... she returned to the corner.

hair ... about 60ish across from 67 Hillside.

Came back again at 5:30PM Friday August 8, 2008 and stopped to pick up
across from Hillside.
Only problem was that he stopped to pick up an area resident. tsk
tsk ... What would your wife say?

for another couple of passes. Either exceptionally lost or trolling

Getting out of Olive/Grey Jeep Cherokee across street from 49 Hillside
4:30pm-ish give or take a half hour. He was trying to drive off
quickly and pulling out from curb with passenger door still opened.
after two or three start and stops, sped down Second Avenue.
"Vicente" stared down neighbor at 49 who had just come home and then sat
to work on corner of Second & Hillside. Wavty blondish hair
(cornrows out) dark baggy jeans and a BRIGHT orange baggy T-shirt.
Immediately called in by neighbors and removed by a police SUV within 5
minutes.

"Vicente" as the neighborhood officer calls her was working in front to 79
Hillside (Dave's House) when a john stopped up the street by 67 at the
corner at 12:50pm.
She walked briskly to the car chated a couple of secs and got in.
Headed West on Hillside.

picked up prostitute on Hillside at approx 8:30 am at the top of Central Avenue and
headed West to Pine.
Up Pine, over Columbia Blvd to Flemming Street where he turned
right and immediatelt stopped on the left side at a new home under
construction site (corner Columbia and Flemming)
Took prostitute into basement level through back door.
Remained there 5 or 10 minutes.
Emerged and they both got into truck. proceeded on Farmington
Avenue to Roseland to Columbia Blvd to Pine Street and down Pine.
Dropped her off on the NW Corner of Pine and Hillside at 8:50am. She
proceeded to hook up and work with Tammy. Officer Fred
Scott was sitting in his patrol car in front of Child Guidance. |

FOLLOWED UP PINE. SPOTTED CAR FOLLOWING AND PULLED OVER AT CREST
WHERE PINE BEGINS TO DROP TO COOKE.
PERSUIT VEHICLE ALSO PULLED OVER. HE STARTED AGAIN AND PERSUIT
VEHICLE FOLLOWED. HE PULLED OVER AGAIN ON COOKE STREET JUST BEFORE
THE PARK PIZZA. PERSUIT VEHICLE PASSED AND DROVE INTO 7-11. HE
STARTED AGAIN AND WENT UP INTO THE PARK PAST THE POOL.
