abandoned by the Yeshiva
and now in foreclosure according to our sources.

• Broken Windows
• Internal plumbing reportedly ripped out
• General Neighborhood Blight
• Fear of loss of these architectural and historical treasures through fire
• Loss of Tax revenues to the city ... All have years worth of Tax Warrants against them

This is one of the Yeshiva Campus buildings that
Steve Gambini, speaking for the Mayor,
has stated is well maintained in his letter to the Board of Aldermen.

• From the street front, this building appears adequate.
• In the rear, devastations are obvious
• Broken and missing windows
• Roofing materials have been falling off for years and are now down to bare wood
• Paint, or lack thereof,  speaks for itself
• Clapboards that have been missing for years ... un-replaced.
• When was the last time a qualified inspection team checked the interior conditions of this building?????

• Gutters and leaders have been removed
• Windows throughout are broken
• Building is boarded up in some areas ... not in others
• Peeling lead paint ... even though the State just spent thousands of dollars remediating the soil around this building
• Damaged and Unrepaired fencing that has been that way for over a year.
• Rotting sections of roof and wood siding
• Open to the elements and vandals, who have just recently stolen the architecturally significant copper roof from the front.
• When was the last time a qualified inspection team checked the interior conditions of this building?????

This is the building above photographed by one of our neighbors shortly before the Yeshiva Gedolah began leasing the property.  We are not exactly sure of the date, though the ©date indicates one year before the Yeshiva took control.
